As we progress in our careers, we go through different stages with different challenges and necessities. It’s important to understand your current stage in order to focus and help you to understand what is needed for you in this position. In this post, we’ll explore more about these concepts. Exploration is the stage of learning and gathering information about the requirements of your new role, it’s natural to feel unsure or afraid of making mistakes. During this stage, it’s important to focus on studying, practicing, and do some mistakes to become more confident and proficient in your new role. By consolidating all the information you require, you’ll be better prepared to move on to the next phase of your career journey. Asking for help from more experienced colleagues can be a valuable resource during this stage. They can provide valuable insights and answer any questions.

Consolidation is the stage where you have gained all the necessary skills and knowledge for your position. At this point, you should feel more confident and secure in your role. By consolidating your skills and knowledge, you’re better equipped to take on new challenges and responsibilities as you progress in your career, it’s still normal to make some mistakes.

Progression is the stage where you are preparing for the next level of your career. In this stage, it’s important to excel in your current role and demonstrate the skills and abilities that are necessary for the next level.
